2.11.25 previously gave this place 4 stars but now must go down to 1- I’d give a zero if I could - mainly due to the guy who served us on this second trip. Food isn’t bad as burgers are actually quite tasty but CUSTOMER SERVICE IS APPALLING - see the guy in the video. Was initially welcomed with a warm greeting but then he was getting too pushy and rushing us to place our order. Worst was when I realised he overcharged us for the burgers and also then got them wrong. When I realised he charged extra I asked him for a simple refund - to which he replied he doesn’t know how to use the card machi

I often have breakfast at Rick’s when I visit Oxford. I always liked it because they did an excellent English breakfast that wasn’t swimming in grease. Previously the bacon and sausage were very good quality ( beef I think) and the eggs were poached. This elevated it above the average greasy spoon offering. Sadly this is no longer the case. Don’t get me wrong, there nothing actually bad about what they now offer. The bacon is average and the sausage is less than average. So, if you want an averagely good English breakfast, that is what you’ll get here now. Such a shame as what they offered bef

Was tempted to have 5 Guys takeaway delivered (I'm in Oxford for overnight for a conference), but decided to go independent instead. Nearly didn't order from here as was looking at Deliveroo and couldn't see milkshakes available (which I definitely wanted), but they were available if I ordered from Just Eat...
