Amazing atmosphere and the staff are fantastic! Everyone was super friendly and helpful with selecting games and explaining rules to us. Huge selection of games in both the store and the bar area to try. We’re looking forward to coming back in the future!

i’ve never written a bad review before, but after I left here, I felt I had no other choice but to. This place needs a mega upgrade. The prices they charge are absolutely diabolical. The price of £5.90 for a small sausage roll is insane especially because they had very limited options on the menu. The sandwiches were stale and The super sugar Rush was a tiny pot and they had half of the items missing for the price of £4.70. And don’t get me started on the games. The staff were very unhelpful and didn’t even know where the games were. The room was stuffy and extremely claustrophobic. They left

I can't comment too much on food as we only had drinks but the hot chocolate was very nice. Cosy feel and nice atmosphere to play in. Both the chaps whom I won't mention their names (in case they don't want it public) were fabulous. As new board game enthusiast's learning them can be daunting, frustrating and time consuming! Both individuals came right up without even having to ask to offer to teach and show how to play the games whilst even watching a turn or two. Made the experience so enjoyable and worthy of the time rather than wasting it trying to learn something new. Enjoyed it so much w

Customer WiFi and free ice water in a heatwave won't sink your business. I guess you can get away with charging exuberant prices when you're the only board game cafe in town. But if you do, I expect friendly staff and decent food and drinks at the very least.
