MARK HALLIWELL★Visited this coffee shop yesterday (20/12/2017), at about 2.50pm, the shop was busy, under staffed, tables not cleared away, impolite staff, unhelpful and very unprofessional, dirty cutlery, drinks not finished to normal standards. I had been invited into a costa by the Head office, told me I would be impressed, what a shock I found. I waited in a queue of 8 people, when it was my turn, I ordered 2 hot chocolate ( which had to be put in large tea cups as they had no clean glasses) there was no chocolate placed on top of them.my young daughter found it hard to drink out of this large cup.
