Excellent Malaysian cuisine with a modern twist. As Malaysians, we’re usually our own toughest critics when it comes to Malaysian food abroad, but this place more than earned our approval. The pandan chicken was incredibly juicy and tender, pairing perfectly with the sambal. The Daging Harimau Menangis was beautifully cooked- tender rather than chew- with a lovely smoky flavour that complemented the spicy, tangy sauce. Every dish was incredibly beautifully presented and packed with flavour! Came with a group of four and there were no misses amongst all that we tried ✨ Our favourites were the fish & the coconut squash curry. Small improvement might be if the portions were scaled to suit the group size, eg four rice cakes instead of three etc. 🙏Thanks for having us!

Our first visit to this absolute gem of a Malaysian restaurant. We were warmly welcomed into the really nicely appointed dining room. The staff were all friendly, efficient and super helpful talking through the menu options. I won't pick out any food choices in particular as we were impressed across the board. Go for something you think you'll like and you're unlikely to be disappointed. This is a must try treat for any locals and worth a bus or train trip if you're a little further away.
