This place is special! It’s small and quirky but what really does it is the food, and wow it was beautiful! We had the crispy beef to start and it did not disappoint! We added some sweet potatoes fries and onion rings to go with the mains and it was cooked perfectly, the sauces are also amazing, must mention the staff who are also very friendly especially the chef, hats off and I can’t wait to come back!

First visit to Steak & Stamp this evening. A warm welcome & quick service with drinks. Waited about 40 minutes from arrival until the food was served which suited us fine. We came here after reading rave reviews, but unfortunately our evening did not live up to the restaurant’s reputation, and we left really disappointed. The problems started with the service. After being seated, we waited around half an hour before anyone took our food order. Given our clear view into the tiny kitchen, it was obvious the chef was already stretched preparing a series of large platters before getting to our table. Well where do I start. This place is a hidden treasure. We were escorted to a lovely outdoor enclosed area with heating all to ourselves. Menus were on the wall with all prices clear to see. We went for the banquet and it was amazing. 4 different steaks, multiple potatoe sides, onion rings, mushrooms and multiple sauces. I'd recommend this place to everyone I know. Food was first class. Staff were lovely and drinks were cheap, provided by the pub (the little Penybont Arms), which was linked to the restaurant. Alcohol free beers were available which was great.
