Undoubtedly one of the finest Indian restaurants I've eaten in, though I assume those in the United Kingdom are better than in my home country. Quite affordable compared to the quantities served and to how much I liked it. The personnel was also very nice with us. I'd like to congratulate the owners of this restaurant, frankly.

We sought out Tabla, while through in Perth, having seen the owner at a festival. We arrived early and the place was quite quiet so we got a table easily. The staff welcomed us and were attentive,pleasant and efficient. They were immaculately clean and smart. We ordered our food which came out quite quickly. All of the food was absolutely delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed it all. The establishment was well run, was immaculately clean and the food was amazing. Would definitely return. Thanks also for the complimentary potato and possibly spinach wee pakora type things too !

Really enjoyed our meal here with friends. The restaurant layout and decor is fine and comfortable enough. The best thing is the food! It is not your usual indian restaurant where you can be overwhelmed by food at times. The portions are good but the menu is full of many different and really thoughtful dishes. We had fish, prawns, paneer and vegetarian dishes, lovely highly recommend if you want an Indian restaurant that is trying and succeeding in doing it differently.

We ordered set meal for 2 for £40. Unfortunately food was very disappointing, blant and lacking any flavour. Sauces very watery, rice was plasticky and tasteless. Spicy onions were in a tiny tub, definitely not worth the money. Won't be ordering from this place again.
