Pretty underwhelming. Not all that clean. Food was mediocre. Coke tasted like sweetened water. Ordered table service but that wasn't provided. Upstairs was shut.

Overall a pleasant experience, the locals were extremely friendly, the staff seemed slow with very little work about them, the restaurant was clean and tidy. It makes for an excellent place to escape the rain. One of the service kiosks was out of order and the restroom doors were closed, locked via key. Very annoying as a paying customer. The architecture of surrounding buildings was aesthetically pleasing with strong authenticity. Anywho - overall a decent experience but a very mid ranged experience hence three stars.
