We had a very nice experience at this place in Belgravia. We ordered croissants near the end of the day, when the bakery was already close to closing, and they were still very tasty, fresh enough, and really well made. It is not the cheapest bakery, but the quality was clear. The croissants had a good texture, nice flavour, and felt carefully prepared. Overall, a lovely spot in Belgravia for a good pastry, and definitely worth visiting when you want some delicious pastries and coffees.

Usually bakeries tend to sacrifice coffee quality in favour of their baked goods, and coffee shops sacrifice the quality of baked goods over their specialty coffee. This bakery doesn’t. The coffee is DELICIOUS, and the pastries are unbelievable. The potato and garlic pastry was the perfect savoury starter (although the cheese lover in me would have preferred more parmesan). The lovely woman behind the counter recommended the pecan and salted caramel croissant, which was unlike anything I’ve had elsewhere. Delicious! Had a recent stay in a hotel nearby while visiting from Ireland, so my boyfriend and I were looking for somewhere with good pastries and coffee for breakfast- And I must say I am so glad that we decided upon Chestnut Bakery. The pastry options were visually gorgeous and abundant. We chose a tiramisu danish and a pistachio and berry croissant (both so delicious!). The coffee was enjoyable also. Next time I would definitely try more menu items as the dishes being served around me looked amazing. The service was lovely and staff were friendly and accommodating ☺️. I would highly recomm

Idk how this place hasn’t a 5 star rating. The food combination they create is something you don’t see anywhere else, the materials they use are fresh and of a very good quality. The owner of the place is very welcoming and love the fact that give u free sample of their dough to try. 10/10
