Extremely disappointed with my visit. Food was very nice and filled me up. However the one thing I cannot stand is being forced to use a self service machine. Have we lost standards? Are we no longer human enough to have real interactions? I feel for the poor employees as it seemed throughout the times inbetween things to do they laughed and joked with each other like a family. Dread to think how they must be treated in order to be made to have customers use self service machines. Lets help fast food employees have better lives. Haven't experienced Burger King in a while so I popped down with a couple mates to check it out. Positives included the staff being exceptional and a very happy level of cleanliness for the time. However the negatives included the atmosphere feeling flat and too quiet, toilets could use a face-lift and a very very poor way of trying to make customers place orders on an electronic screen which in my opinion is completely wrong, I deserve to be served where I want to be served as I AM THE CUSTOMER. Someone needs to check this place out, very disappointed

Me and my friend went into this burger king, we are 63,74 year olds. We don't really understand the ordering machine inside. So we asked the lady a couple of days ago if I could be served at the counter and she said yes of course, excellent service from her. We both went in again on the 12th of may, asked the guy on the counter if we could order and pay at the counter,he just said no, he was adamant to continue to say no, we explain that a few days before the lady did serve us at the counter, but it was still a no, I can understand why there are very few people not going into burger king much.
