Just wanted to say a huge thank you for my £36 gourmet KFC experience. The burger came with what appeared to be a generous serving of archaeological-grade lettuce, thoughtfully aged until approximately 80% brown for maximum flavour. The wings were equally impressive, featuring a coating so dry, dark and crispy that I briefly wondered whether they’d been cooked over the fires of Mordor. To top it all off, the chicken bones had such an interesting colour scheme that I got an unexpected biology lesson with my meal. Truly a premium dining experience. Quiet easily the worst KFC in W.Yorkshire manned by staff with zero interest, education or care for the customer. 3rd time in a row my online order has been wrong now (my fault for keep giving them a chance I suppose) 3 x gravy missing 2 x hot wings missing 1 random mini wrap which I didn't order added. And that's after being told 20min wait on chicken because they're to thick to cook in advance at 5pm when most people think about tea. And no I don't have time to nip back to rectify I need to eat and get to work, so thanks for messing up my meal before I do a 12hr night shift you dossers.

Do not go to this KFC. The food was lukewarm at best. The staff got my order wrong and were very rude. As seen, the seating was disgusting.

Took a while to get my food as there only seemed to be 1 member of staff that was bothered about preparing it, as the others seemed to vanish out the back. There were no forks available so a spoon had to suffice to eat my loaded fries with. There also wasn't any ketchup or mayo sachets, which is always annoying and seems to vary from kfc to kfc in terms of availability. The weird one was that there were no ice cubes, which is a first for me, but at least the drink was still cold. Food was nice, and no issues with the taste. Just a bit of a below par experience this time around unfortunately.
