Ordered from here for years until now. Order was wrong and £20's worth of food was missing. We immediately rang the resturant and they said they "may" give a free kebab next time we order. What an unusual thing to say when you're down 20 quids worth of food. He even then said there's cctv footage of them putting the bags in the car. I even have ring door bell proof of 1 bag being delievered.

Extremely disappointing experience. If you’re Muslim and specifically looking for halal food, I strongly advise avoiding this place. They advertise their food as halal, but I was served items that included pork and other non-halal ingredients. When this was raised, they refused to acknowledge it or take responsibility, which is completely unacceptable. On top of that, the customer service was very poor dismissive and unhelpful . The hygiene standards were also very poor.

Really disappointed with this experience. We spent £30 on our order and received completely different food worth about £15. We contacted both the shop and the driver straight away and got no help at all. We also sent photo proof and still nothing was done. Poor customer service and no accountability — won’t be ordering from here again.

A few years ago is very delicious , But so sorry, this two time is Awful. The Donner kebab just lower room temperature and like a starch slice. The burger bun some black at the bottom and cold.
