I have always loved coming here to relax and grab a drink. The atmosphere is really nice and it's a great place to just come, study and lock in. I'm really glad that they've added the addition of matcha into their menu. Last year there wasn't any matcha at all so it makes me really happy that they have some matcha options now. Would come again for the drinks and lovely staff!

I visited Nero Café and had a really good experience. The atmosphere is warm and calm, perfect for taking a break or catching up with someone. The staff were polite and welcoming, and my order was prepared just the way I asked. The coffee tasted fresh and smooth, and the pastries were warm and delicious. The seating area was clean and comfortable, and I didn’t feel rushed at all. Overall, a reliable and cosy café that I’d happily return to.

The so often or normal excellent Caffe Nero way here in this one of two slightly different character but both very good I reckon Caffe Neros, and well worth supporting and getting a quskjfy coffee from and nice quiet gentle start to the day with nice bit of restful p and q before busy day ahead. Excellent thanks ! (And btw 1 star review of Dee R review of it was correct or exaggerated at the time maybe on a bad day , it is all very nice and clean here now. I really enjoy visiting this Nero. Ultimately you are visiting a chain, and you have accept that there is some degree of homogeny, it isn't like an independent. That said, you get decent coffee, decent food, great service and a really nice atmosphere. My wife and I love trying their seasonal offerings, including their vegan Christmas sandwich, which was delicious. Again, you aren't going to get anywhere near restaurant or take away level of food, it is usual coffee chain food, but it is nice and tasty always the right temperature and we've never had a problem. The staff are always friendly
