Rude, zero effort, never again We 6 people with family Worst service I’ve ever experienced. I’m a chef and restaurant owner, so I know how hospitality works — this was pure rudeness. Asked politely to add something to a chicken tikka sandwich (happy to pay extra). Staff refused immediately without even thinking. No “let me check,” no effort. Asked multiple times — she just walked back and forth as a formality. Zero willingness to customise anything. What’s the point of eating here if you can’t get what you like? Service was shockingly bad. First and last time. Never coming back to Chai Wala.

The tea used to taste nice but recently not sure what they have done but now tastes terrible! It’s gone very watery and you can tell it’s just powder. After drinking it often totally gone of it. The place is so unhygienic and dirty don’t know why the girls who work there have long hair and when they serve food the hair is touching the food disgusting!
