It’s a nice building near the park with a decent atmosphere and staff. Dog friendly. Unfortunately, our Mac and cheese and lasagna came with salad that must have been at least 3 days old. It’s disappointing to see food like this leave a kitchen.

Call in for food, waited a long time getting on for 1/2 hour, on first appearance the fish and chips look ok maybe a little small for the price but then it went downhill the fish skin was burnt on the underside and dry on the inside. I left the burnt and the bar man compensated me with a pint of Guinness so I went away hungry.

The service at lane ends was brilliant! All of the staff were extremely kind and helpful, Rachael was great! She served me a raspberry J2O. Me and my friends will defiantly visit again for a meal! This pub is very local to me and I think this overall experience at Lane Ends Was amazing!

It's a Green King so it's never going to be a fine dining experience. Waited an hour for the food to arrive, judging by how cold the burger buns were I'm assuming they were waiting for them to defrost. Sad looking "award winning pie" and mediocre service.
