Gone done hill this place. Staff prefer to check mobile than serve had to wait whilst they had finished whatever they were looking at, meanwhile the queue got longer. As if that wasn't bad enough friend was then left to wait whilst staff were busy flirting a little with the old gym folk whilst another long queue formed, place needs a manager to manage or the staff need to go work somewhere they want to be its obvious they dont want to be there ,shame use to be a good place to catch up with friends with a nice coffee,not anymore!

Visited Starbucks in Walton-le-Dale this afternoon and came away quite disappointed. For around 2pm, there was very little food available, which was surprising. The overall cleanliness of the store was poor. We sat at a table that hadn’t been cleared, the seating areas were stained and looked unclean, and the windowsill nearby was noticeably dusty. It gave the impression that regular cleaning checks weren’t being carried out. The biggest issue was the toilet facilities.
