I asked what a Spanish Latte was, I was told it was made with condensed milk, and I ordered one. The person who served me never told me that there was a load of sugar at the bottom of the drink. I can't have sugar in drinks. It made me feel agitated and depressed. And at £4.70 a cup I feel so cheated.

I ordered chai latte and remind the staff i want the right temperature but they serve it like warm water even its not proper chai latte just warm milk, just waist of money.
