Tyrone Hainsworth★★★★★Called in today for the first time, pleasantly surprised to see how busy it was. We had not booked but the waitress found us a table. Food was very good quality, the meat pie I had was one of the best meat pies I’ve tasted in years. Service was very friendly and food well priced. Would highly recommend for an excellent lunch.

The interior of this place is quirky, clean and visually pleasing on the eye. We were greeted as we came in and shown to a table, we hadn’t booked. The position was great, light, bright and comfortable. We ordered four meals ranging from a large breakfast to poached eggs on toast. Tea arrived very quickly, hot and plentiful. The lady who took our order was so friendly, smiled and chatted with us but in no way overbearing. The food

I had the Chorizo Hash and it was very tasty indeed and a large portions. The FEBs were also excellent too. All the food is freshly made and piping hot. We didn’t book this time but normally do as it is popular and gets busy. Staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Dog friendly areas too and treats available to buy. Nice section of unusual gifts too.
