Haven't visited KFC for ages but fancied that finger lickin good flavour so I gave the Ramsgate store a visit. Ordered the Pickle Burger Box Meal from the self service kiosk. I was served my meal quickly although I wasn't offered the chance the "choose" the piece of chicken I wanted which was a shame. I enjoyed the pickle burger although some of the pickles had clearly been under the heat lamp for a while... The fries, gravy and drink were good. Júlia was the only one who was hospitable. The rest of the staff look and behaved like the did not give a damn, the food was not up to par, lazy and irresponsible as they tried to give me 2 mini fillets inside my pickle burger which is not as advertised and was the only thing I came for, I am upset because I had to send my food back and they gave me the smallest piece of breast fillet the could find, and the burger was pretty atrocious to be honest.I will never order KFC again as they tarnished the name of a great chain who serve up some of the best chicken known to humankind. Used to be helpful friendly staff when previously visited this KFC. We went again a few days ago and my goodness will not be returning. The lady who was serving found it amusing when I advised we were missing part of the order and was laughing about it as she told the person who was who I assume was cooking the food. We did receive this after. The person who was cooking the food then came out to the area where customers were eating/ordering with his lynx spray like it was an air freshener and it didn't smell very nice as the amount that was sprayed was ridiculous. The boneless meal was disgusting as it seems full of salt. We couldn't have our drink as not available customer service non existent. Basically total crap and definitely not worth the money or even a vist. Why pay decent money and throw it away , never again if it's still run by Carousel shame on you!!!! With regards to your response to our complaint. Why have you failed to answer our very serious concerns as to the salt levels in your meals. Also as your the owner it's totally your responsibility to train your staff on customer service. Your response does not in any way explain or justify why
