This was our first visit and we were so impressed with everything, from the decor to the service to the food and even the little touches like the popcorn and cinema showing Disney films. We had the brunch - two kids breakfasts, one big American breakfast and the cinnamon bun with chicken and bacon and they were all amazing. The drinks were all absolutely delicious, especially the freak shake we got. We had s'mores to finish. A thoroughly enjoyable meal and all the staff were so lovely and helpful.

The food was delicious and the service went above and beyond. The staff couldn’t do enough for us. It was my birthday meal and also my first as an expectant mother. The team surprised me at the end with a birthday board and even allowed me behind the bar for a complementary mocktail masterclass. Special thanks to Corey and Lauren who were incredibly generous and kind throughout ❤️ The atmosphere is lovely for the whole family and I’d definitely recommend ❤️

Had a fantastic experience at Hickory's Smokehouse. The service was outstanding from start to finish, and a special mention goes to Poppy, who was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful. She took the time to recommend food options, and her suggestions were excellent. The brunch menu was absolutely top-notch, with delicious food and great coffee. As a lovely surprise after complimenting the food, service, and coffee cups, the team gifted us a small hamper with their spice mix, sauce, popcorn, and a beautiful coffee cup. First time going staff was really friendly and accomidating has our table was upstairs but we had our elderly parents with us so they swapped our table no problem. Food was really nice but as it was our first time we didn't know what to expect half rack of ribs was really nice cajun chicken fajitas was also a hit but the rump steak could have been put on a smaller plate as it looked like nothing was on the plate but as I said it was our first time so will get extras next time .only downside I could say is it's very family based so there's lots of children running around bumping into your chair
