Visited this evening for tea, we were met and seated by Marie and served by Grace who explained details and asked if we had any allergies, we got our drinks very quickly. We were served by Theresa on the carvery who was happy, polite and helpful, the serving area was clean. 4 meats available with big Yorkshire puddings. Meat looked fresh hot and juicy. All veg was full, fresh and hot. Gravy and condiments were all full on a clean and tidy surface. Spoons were clean with no cross contamination concerns. Toby Carvery Rotherham is a wonderful place. My wife, daughter, and I visited for the first time to enjoy an English Sunday dinner. We arrived on Sunday, 11th January 2025, at around 2:20 pm. We booked a table at reception and were advised that the waiting time would be about 30 minutes. We ordered our drinks and waited for around 10 minutes, after which we were called to our table (Table No. 27). Visited today for lunch, was driving past and thought I would pop in for lunch. WOW what a lovely warm welcome we got from a male on the door. So glad I decided to pop in, the staff was all lovely and very attentive, could not do enough for us and other guests. The food was beautiful and the lady carving the meat was amazing too. The restaurant inside is beautiful and it makes it even better when you get greeted by wonderful staff and beautiful food. Thankyou guys so much! Great atmisohere, foid was good and piping hot, The service was excellent was seated my Marie, who we always see very friendly and chatty always happy to help, introduced our server who was also helpful. Brandon brought drinks over, very helpful young man who told us to go upto deck when we were ready. Marie cleared everything away and Grace took our pudding order. Ovrrall very enjoyable experience.
