The last time I came in here I was 7, and I got a bacon panini im pretty sure, I remember how it changed my outlook on life... I walked in and slipped onto the floor but looked good while doing it. I had excellent service from Zara who checked on me and then helped me with my order and also upsold me a latte! Almost died but atleast I was fed

Always tables spare, wonderful staff,food portions plentiful. Just waiting to see where they will be moving to when Kennet Centre closes early 2026 Downside for me with hearing aid they always have music playing sometimes to loud.

Awful service in Reading After waiting over half an hour for a toasted panini and two baked potatoes, nothing!. Watching other customers being served and food taken to thier tables, asked about ours to find out they had simply taken our order for over £30, and tossed the food order in the bin. Disgusted, absolutely disgusting service.

Food was very tasty fir the price. A great selection of lacto free milks. Soya milk is available at no extra charge, other alternatives were 50 pence extra. Fair warning ⚠️ a regular coffee is very full and very heavy so if you have any tremors or pain etc issues ( I do), might be worth asking for a take away cup. Staff were also very polite and very helpful absolutely no issue asking for no butter etc. Also I was able to move around with plenty of space even with a walking stick.
