Came here with a large party (10+) and was impressed with the politeness of staff, swiftness of food arriving and deliciousness of the treats. 11 orders (waffles/sundaes/milkshakes/cake) came in at £99 which I thought was reasonable. Only issue was no AC on a hot day but acclimatised quickly.

I visited Cream’s Café at Reading City and had a really pleasant experience. I ordered the Coconut Cone Ice Cream and Ferrero Thick Shake, and both were very tasty and well prepared. The service was excellent. A staff member named Arjun served me, and he was very polite, friendly, and helpful. His good service made my visit even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Cream’s Café at Reading City to anyone looking for great desserts and good service.

Warm atmosphere as in temperature which was lovely as it was cold outside amazing wonderful staff whilma was extremely personable and attentive to our food and social needs her personality and presence elevated our dining experience the food was served quickly and was the best ice cream I have ever tasted honestly it was amazing the entertainment provided card were wonderful and enjoyable I never really play cards but found myself enjoying the games
