I had food here recently and everything was absolutely stunning. The chai was excellent, the sandwich was delicious, and the aloo paratha was one of the best I’ve had. The service was equally impressive. The young lady at the counter was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. She made me feel valued as a customer and was happy to assist with anything I needed. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. I’ll definitely keep coming back and would highly recommend this place to others!

I have been a regular customer, often getting breakfast for my family, and my experience had been good until yesterday. Not only has the food quality and portion size declined since my last visit (just look at the amount of halwa), but I was also overcharged by around £12. I didn’t notice until after I paid, and when I asked for an itemised bill, it confirmed the extra charge. When I requested a refund, I was refused. Instead, I was told to add unnecessary items to my order to “compensate” for the overcharge. Asking for a voucher to use next time was also not an option. Left with no choice,
