i ordered 9 nuggets. i got it after more than 30 mins and raise my voice to 3rd cost serv . a guy that come in after me, he got few mins his burgers with nuggets… the service people are nice talking but dont really care when i will have it. i spoke 2 cost. serv, but i saw them happy chatting each other,… i was so hungry.

Decent McDonald’s — a solid average. Clean inside, no unpleasant smells, and service is fine. Flat White, as in most McDonald’s, is disappointing — more like watery coffee with a bitter aftertaste. Then again, for £1.99, expectations should probably be realistic

Bad experience in this shop. Never met a shift manager like this one Ms. Dalima. She took my order in front desk. I frequently ate many McDonald’s got many free food from playing monopoly. However the shift manager Ms. Dalima refused to redeem the coupon which only let me redeem 2 coupons. She said this is their policy however I asked she to show me, she didn’t. She asked me redeem in the machine. So I went to the machine doing successfully. How come she can’t order once? This is a very bad service I never seen.

Idk who was cheffing it up at McDonald today but that was the best double Cheeseburger I’ve had at McDonald’s In the uk so far it was so moist and the patty had light crisp to but not overcooked I actually felt compelled to write a review about it’ shout out the kitchen staff today!
