Won’t be returning. The service is completely inconsistent. I’ve ordered whipped cream as an extra before and was happy to pay for it, but today I was refused and told it wasn’t permitted. Apparently the rules change depending on which staff member you get. It’s frustrating when regular customers are given different answers every visit. If it’s against policy, why was it done before? If it’s allowed, why refuse it now? Nobody could give a clear explanation. Poor customer experience and a waste of time.

The staff here are neglectful and actually incredibly rude. The way they manage their team is appalling, there is no organisation or sense of urgency to serve customers waiting. Staff snapped at me while I was waiting for a drink, even though the Costa system here is different from the one I use at home. 1 out of 4 staff members were making drinks during the busy period I was in. Very disappointed because usually the costa environment at home is lovely, but this is abysmal at best. Horrific management, I would never return.

I am a regular because the coffee is good but I find the staff so rude. The manager is unbelievably rude to people and often the staff aren't much better. There's been other things happen in the past that I've either witnessed by them or they've been rude to me personally but today I ordered a coffee to sit in, I even read the receipt said "sit in" on it. They gave me a cardboard cup, to which I said "I ordered it to sit in", so the lady barista threw the coffee into a cup with no saucer or spoon and didn't say a word (it was a cappucino) and that was it. There's just basic manners and service

Beware the evil cashier who works here… he looks nice on the outside but is putting on a nonchalant act and nearly made me crash out this guy belittled me for not having a receipt to access the toilet. Walking in my companion asked for a specific drink which he then replied “ what size “ only to follow it up with “ we don’t have it “… brother is giving my friend a false sense of reality getting her hopes up for something that cannot be achieved. thank you xxx
