No disrespect but by far the worst Pepe’s branch I’ve ever been to. The food was so dry paneer had no sauce on it whatsoever it was really disappointing. I normally order from other branches around the midlands but this one was absolutely terrible for quality of food. Maybe I caught them on a bad day, maybe not but I wouldn’t be going back again. I literally had dry paneer chunks and dry rice in a box.

One of the best Pepe’s in the whole of Birmingham. The staff is amazing as well. Food is top class. Recommendations: rice box - hot/extra hot + mango and lime with 2-3 garlic sauce. Pheww!

Very disappointing experience at Pepe’s Piri Piri Redditch Town. The hygiene standards appeared poor. Staff were taking orders and then handling food with the same hands without changing gloves or following proper food hygiene practices. Specially that slow guy who takes order on till, only uncle and one lady no one was wearning any gloves. Watching food being prepared this way was unacceptable and made me uncomfortable about cleanliness. Food businesses should maintain proper hygiene procedures and separate customer service from food preparation.
