We visited on a Wednesday around 1pm and ordered a full English breakfast, tea and apple-carrot juice. The drinks came promptly but after 20 minutes there was still no sign of our food coming while we overheard the staff were beginning to do the dishes. We checked and apparently they had missed our order. It was striking half past one and the peak hours were already over, and there were not too many customers.
