I had a fantastic time at this pub. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable throughout my visit. A special thank you to Jack, who was exceptionally kind and attentive, and to another member of the team who was equally wonderful and made sure I felt looked after (blond girl made me feel even more welcomed than Jack if you can believe it). Their manager also stepped in and was absolutely lovely. It’s clear that customer service is taken seriously here, and the warm, friendly atmosphere made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be back!
