Tried this takeaway coffee spot recently — the matcha was really nice and smooth, definitely worth ordering again. The rocky road cheesecake was a highlight, super rich and tasty. Ice cream scoops were generous too, good portions all around. Staff were friendly and always smiling, which made the experience even better. Solid little place for a treat! Toilets super clean

First visit to Chaiiwala today. Not impressed.. I ordered a chicken tikka toastie and a small cup of chai (tea) for £7.70. While waiting for my order, I saw a lunch deal showing I could have had the same but with a large drink for £6.99. Not a great impression to pay 71p more for a smaller amount. Then came the toastie wrapped up for takeaway and the tea. The tea is too sweet for my liking but the toastie is not at all what the pictures in the restaurant show. See if you can guess the difference!

I’ve came to the Rotherham Chaiiwala twice, both time such a disappointment. Usually go to the one in London road as they are so much better. Staff are so rude, kept me waiting 25 mint for just a pastry that was on display. No staff to be seen at the front either and the most annoying thing about it all is when u ask them they tell u to wait what kind of customer service is that??? Not that busy as well and I’m having to wait ages. We also ordered 4 meals that took around 45 mint to come. They prioritise drive thru people more then the customers deffo need change of staff disgusting not turnin

Hi all when for the traditional Asian breakfast and girl on counter over charged me by £2 only seen the offer after I sat down on window, the same egg paratha and large tea is £4.99 . So told manager girl with glasses small build and she said next time will give you a discount so went this week only to be told by the manager we don't have a facility in till for discounts or neither we do that ! Such a disappointment This place is discusting did go 2x a week but not now horrendous behaviour buy staff who like to hide in back won’t come out not even ask customer if food is ok or would like
