The food here is great. But it can take 20 minutes or more in the queue. The staff are very nice but slow. Also too many people buy coffee and consume food from Greggs next door. Tables are often full of dirty cups etc so you end up clearing yourself. OK if Costa is full otherwise I avoid.

Had to wait for a friend so decided to come here for coffee as Costa was packed. None of the tables were cleared or cleaned, the place is understaffed (I won’t blame them for anything as clearly they have enough to deal with). Had to wait 15 minutes just for a cappuccino due to not enough staff dealing with orders, and people were actually served before me that were after in the queue. Prices and quality are questionable. Cappuccino tasted of milk and barely any coffee, I shudder to think what the latte is like. Are their grounds cut with flour or something? Weak. A slice of cake costs you 4 q

I like this cafe but there are a lot of people standing here and not consuming anything to drink or eat. They buy from elsewhere and stand for hours. They don't give anyone a seat or a place to sit. I will not visit the cafe again. Also the service is slow. We always wait half an hour for coffee.😤
