Excellent meal, and exceptional service. We had scallops, and a smoked mackerel mousse for starters, followed by sirloin steak, and blackened rump, which was all superb. The restaurant is a relaxing and enjoyable place to be, and we has booked to sit on the first floor, which I would recommend - it’s actually a slightly larger space than the ground floor, and we never felt ‘forgotten about’. Staff were very efficient, and extremely knowledgeable about the new menu, having tried all the dishes, and were able to provide their recommendations.
