Another classic Spoons conversation from a former cinema. Well kept cask ales, a large screen to show sporting events screened on terrestrial TV, outdoor seating and toilets on the ground floor all contribute to an excellent pub.

The food was great value and came out fast. II ordered gourmet jacket potato chill non carne with added cheese to the order. When the food arrived I could not see the cheese, then realised it had been put directly on the jacket underneath the chilli so it had all melted into the jacket. It might be worth them putting the cheese on the side or on top of the chilli instead as I couldn't taste it.

Great Spoons for a drink, really enjoyed the setting in an old cinema and counter is stylish! Service was solid and I enjoyed one of the beers for the festival, just a bit cramped for a pub.
