Ordered a pizza last Friday - collected it - got home and starting eating it with my family - only to find hair in the pizza and garlic bread - absolutely disgusting. Returned it to the branch - spoke to the manager - but was met with disgruntled and unhelpful attitude - wouldn't refund me as they needed to ask their finance team if it's ok to do so! Visited the branch again on Tuesday the following week, to be stood there for 1 hour being asked to provide personal bank information - as they wouldn't refund to original payment method (credit card) - absolutely ridiculous- no info for franchise
