Holly Green★I rarely leave negative reviews, but my visit to Yaprak Eastcote was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. In hindsight, the name “Yaprak” should have been a warning sign. From the moment we sat down, we were rushed to order drinks before we’d even had a chance to look at the menu. As soon as the drinks arrived, we were pressured to pay immediately – not a welcoming start. We then waited 45 minutes just for bread to arrive at the table. The bread itself was fine, but the hummus that came with it was far from good. Another 30 minute wait followed for the main course. T

This time we decided to visit for a fuller experience. The rich décor, the ambience, the buz, adding to a super service; from welcoming at the door to table service by Mohammed, a courteous patient waiter, especially with senior & disabled guests. Food was really delicious, a sign of a top kitchen team. Will definitely return soon with more guests to share such rich authentic flavours.

I absolutely love bulgur, and this is pretty much the only and best Turkish restaurant that I’ve been to that actually has bulgur - and it’s amazing too, I love how fluffy it is too! The food overall is great, we order a Family Special (serves 4-5 people, a bit pricey with it almost costing £100 but I suppose I understand for a restaurant like this) and the proportions were BIG - but the more the merrier of course.
