First time visit to this particular Lounge and it instantly became one of the best ones I’ve been to! The decor is beautiful and maybe my favourite so far! The staff were lovely, in particularly the young lady who welcomed us as soon as we came in (even though the sign said we could just go and seat ourselves). She was very thorough in giving us all of the relevant information and really stood out from staff in other Lounges I’ve been to. The food was 5 stars too - one of the best Lounge breakfasts I’ve had! My only small point of criticism is that the Tenderstem broccoli side was a bit on the
