I have been going to the Magazine Heaven cafe for a number of years, have always had a very positive experience and recommended it to many people. However, came in with a friend today and was very disappointed to say the least. First off the person taking our order behind the counter was very blunt when my friend ordered something that was clearly stated on the menu behind her. Saying “we do not serve that anymore” and did not follow up by suggesting any alternatives. The ice coffee was very small and not very flavourful which was unexpected as I have previously really enjoyed their coffee.

Amazing! The Chef is incredibly thoughtful, who came to our table to apologise for adding some salad dressing and when offered to make another salad dish from scratch for me. It was such a nice gesture and I appreciated his honesty. However, as there wasn't too much dressing, I decided to keep the salad, and it was soooooo nice!! Great proportions too! And I really liked the minimal amount of dressing 😊

Absolutely amazing! I was served by Erin and wanted to try a matcha latte as never had one before. She was very kind and bubbly and let me know what syrups they had and what I might like best in matcha. Was the best latte I’ve ever had!! And I’m very appreciative of the service and opinions thank you:))
