I have visited Establo Lounge several times over the years since it opened. It’s always got a positive happy vibe about the place. And for the best part no matter what day or night of the week. I have always managed to get a table. Food comes out quick and you can’t fault the speed at which it arrives at your table. Menu is varied and there is something for everyone. Food is tasty but it’s never been fantastic. I ordered a brioche Smash burger with slaw and fried. Burger patties were small. And I should think of the frozen variety. Brioche was dry. Bacon was so crispy it was chewy to eat. A

Visited today and found the experience quite an enjoyable and hospitable one. Staff seemed friendly and busy with orders. Different sections doing different things and didnt have to wait long for food to arrive. Was nice fresh and tasty. Decor of the venue was nicely done and tastefully presented. Table wasn't sticky and overall value for food was very reasonable to outlets in nearby towns. Overall have recommended it already to colleagues who work round this area like I do.

I am not one to complain - ever, but my partner has just returned from the Establo Lounge Rustington with half of her 'mature cheddar, mozzarella and tomato chutney, grilled cheese toastie' (see attached photo). This cost her £8.50!. I wonder if they forgot the filling, because I cannot believe that two slices of toast can cost this much, and served on a small plate with no garnish. We have eaten regularly at Establo Lounge since it opened and have always had good food and service, but we can honestly say that we will not be going back if this is the kind of food they are now serving. It was showery on Mother's Day. It hadn't been a good day in otherwise, so at 3o'clock we took a drive to Rustington, a town we rarely visit. There was parking nearby, so we chose this still-buzzing, generous space to order two decaf Americanos, hot milk on the side. The waiter was informative and generous to the [sort of] opposition. I loved the colourful yet not garish decor, described as 'easy going'. We'll defo be back!
