A great place! Met friends yesterday (a grey day) and it was constantly busy. 1 X jacket potato and very decent garnish, 1 X gammon veg and new potatoes, 1 X omelette and chips and 1 X burger and chips. We were all saying how good it tasted, we were very impressed with everything😁

Disappointed. We used to love going there and visited frequently. We loved the open seating all around the building; now the roof makes it feel dark and closed in. The position is great, with lovely views. Atmosphere gone downhill, with staff smoking near to where you are eating and burping! Table wasn't cleared, even after we asked and the food was awful. The chips were like eating cardboard, totally tasteless. My partner found his jacket pot and chilli was ok but agreed chips were horrible when he tried mine. We have tried eating there twice in the last few years, disappointed both times,
