This cafe was recommended by the Rick Steves travel guide for Salisbury. We felt warmly welcomed, our waiter made good solid recommendations as we are inexperienced with the food they offered and asked for guidance. Our butter chicken, naan, rice, chicken with coconut milk, and the cauliflower starter were all very delicious. Though several of the dishes we ordered were marked with two chilies for spiciness, we liked their subtle heat. We booked a last min trip to Salisbury, I emailed the restaurant as we are all vegan but I also cant have some oils which is an awkward request, especially last minute. The owner contacted me and said they could accommodate my rare dietary requests. he was so helpful and friendly. We arrived at the restaurant and he came over to help me with the menu and make sure I ordered something suitable, he then went into the kitchen to make my food. We visited today for the first time myself ,my mum and my daughter ,all I can say is wow ! The food was absolutely beautiful, the service was good and we sat in the garden room .. a little chilly but bare able. We will definitely be back and can highly recommend 👌.

We decided to try a Cafe Diwali takeaway for my husband's birthday after seeing their recent Southern curry award. Boy did it deliver ( not literally....we had to collect). It was hands down the tastiest curry we've had in a long time! The meat was tender, not dry. The sauces were full of flavour and super fresh. The sides popped and the Naans were delicious. I think we've found our new favourite curry house in Salisbury!!!
