Properly good service, kids were welcomed immediately by a lovely chap as we came through the door and spoilt throughout, everybody was really kind. Really well managed too, a lady in Charge was keeping an eye on everything flowing. Was slick, friendly, clean and the kids were so happy. Thank you.

As far as a Mcdonalds goes, this branch is quite good, much better than others in the area. Food was hot upon arrival, and the lady who brought it to me was polite. The atmosphere is good, plenty of people, but not too busy. However, due to the nature of Salisbury, this branch can get very busy at lunch and dinner time, and you can expect wait times of up to 30-40 mins, especially if there are students/teens present. Ordered breakfast at the drive through having waited a good few minutes for someone to take our order . Sat not moving at the drive through for a further 7 minutes, paid and then were told to wait for our food in a bay they had stopped making breakfast early therefore all the people behind us were getting their main menu food before us despite having got there 5 minutes later than us. We were told 2 minute wait while they made our food the staff stood around but after another 10 minutes it still wasn’t ready! We went inside to chase it up and they hadn’t made our food! I ordered the same as always but it has a different taste, the chips weren't very hot and the burger just passable. The atmosphere was particularly extravagant with youngsters coming in and out all the time. Good service but the cleanliness wasn't great.
