HOW HAS THIS PLACE NOT BEEN SHUT DOWN!? I’ve been here 3 times in the last 2 weeks at early hours in the morning. (READ THE BOTTOM PARAGRAPH IF YOU DONT WANT TO READ THE WHOLE LOT!!) First time - pulled up to the drive thru around 2am and sat waiting for 10 minutes with nobody picking up the intercom so drove to the second window and was told they were busy and to go back around to the intercom, not a soul in inside or anybody else at the drive thru mind. Second time this week. same poor service from Mc Donalds. Full trash bins, no ketchups. Also forgot to bring one item from the order. Needed to walk back and wait a bit to get the item. Whats happening to the quality. Idk.

my food got delivered cold bag was open chicken nuggets was Luke warm McDonald’s blames uber and uber eats blamed McDonald’s no body accepts fault no refund given wasted £17 it’s beyond a joke will defiantly be contacting trading standards took me 3 attempts to get thru to someone.
