The worst burger I’ve ever had. I don’t know if I’ve magically got a bad order but the beef burger was awful. 100% the worst burger I’ve had in years. It was overcooked and dry with no flavour at all. Honestly the own brand burgers at supermarkets tasted better than whatever I’ve been served here. The chicken burger was slightly better only because it wasn’t as dry but still was horrible compared to every other chicken burger I’ve had in the past decade. I ordered a cheeseburger from Brill Burger and honestly, it was amazing. The burger was cooked perfectly, really juicy, and full of flavour. You can tell they use good quality ingredients because everything tasted fresh, from the soft bun to the melted cheese and perfectly seasoned patty. The portion size was great too, and it was definitely worth the money. Service was quick and everything came hot, which made it even better. BY FAR the best order I have ever made on Ubereats. Well worth every penny. I built my own chicken burger and added fries and a drink for +£2. Wanted something sweet so I added in an Oreo milkshake and it did not disappoint - creamy and delicious. Good portion of seasoned fries & the free signature dip it came with. Food was still warm upon receiving it which was a first. Everything came neatly packaged and nothing moved around. Will definitely order again! Support independent restaurants!!
