Visited today at 12:15PM, I ordered venti Iced pistachio velvet latte and it was horrible taste, there is no foam and it’s not smooth and not thick, I don’t like it. I feel like I’m drinking pistachio coffee. I went ask at the front desk and they didn’t not even respond properly. I tasted this before in other Starbucks store(Sheffield - fargate)and it tasted very good smoothy, foamy it was awesome I can’t forget the taste that’s the reason I ordered it again in other store (Sheffield- Tudor square) I never go to this store again for any drink and their service is wrost.

Visited at 3.00 pm this afternoon, staff appeared to be more interested in their own ongoing conversation than any customers. I wasn't asked if I was eating in or taking away, both staff members were unaware of what glass/mug the drink I ordered should be served in so I changed my order. My drink was then served in a take away cup and the Cheese Twist i ordered was handed to me in a paper bag. When I asked if the dishwasher was broken I was told no but there were no cups. This was incorrect as they were stacked behind the counter in full view of customers. My friend, whom I was with, had order

Lovely service today really delicious coffee and the lady made a perfectly textured drink proving our assumptions of chain baristas wrong 5 stars all around ❤️
