The bar staffs are really nice. Bouncers are okay but the people in the clubs are horrible. I got pushed by a group of girls and they were fighting for a place to dance in front of the fan. My friends and I were there first and we were having a good time singing and dancing until they pushed us and acted like nothing happened and also pushed us while they were dancing.

We were treated incredibly unfairly. Despite waiting patiently in line, following every rule, and doing nothing wrong, the staff abruptly accused us of having a “bad attitude” and told us to leave without any explanation. Their manner of speaking and their refusal to clarify their decision came across as discriminatory. It’s hard not to feel that we were singled out because we are Asian. This conduct is unacceptable, unprofessional, and profoundly disrespectful.

Had an amazing time at West Street Live. The atmosphere was brilliant, the music was great, and the staff were friendly and professional. Entry was smooth, security handled everything properly, and the overall vibe was very welcoming. The place was lively, well managed, and perfect for a night out with friends. Drinks were reasonably priced, and the crowd was good. Easily one of the best pubs on West Street. Highly recommended. Will definitely be coming back.

Bouncers are on a real power trip. Friend walked outside with a drink and immediately he spoke down to her rather than asking nicely. He said he’ll take it off her so she held it out to him and he snatched it and poured it on the floor. He then forcefully snatched my glass out of my hand (I hadn’t said anything at all and was standing quietly). Saw him being confrontational with others too. There was also broken glass on the floor and it was so busy you couldn’t move. Definitely a health hazard - if someone fell they could have been really hurt.
