I went with the Bill’s Big Breakfast and it delivered on every level: perfectly cooked eggs, a rich sausage, crispy bacon, and all the classic extras done right. The beans were flavourful, the hash browns golden and crunchy, and everything felt fresh and well-seasoned. It’s the kind of plate that doesn’t miss. The pancakes were just as impressive: thick, fluffy, and indulgent, topped with a generous drizzle of sauce and cream that took them over the top. Decadent without being too heavy, and easily one of the highlights of the meal.
