Very disappointing experience. I ordered peri peri chicken and found that it was not cooked properly — the inside was still pink. This is unacceptable and raises serious food safety concerns. I expect better quality control, especially when it comes to serving chicken. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves their standards.

This is my favourite pepes of all the branches. The staff are always so lovely with smiles on their faces always. Customer service is excellent and the food is always cooked to perfection. *Very disappointed with the service at Pepe’s Peri Peri (Wood Lane).* This is the *second time* I’ve been treated poorly by the same staff member — a *Gujarati girl wearing glasses* — who was extremely rude and unprofessional. She clearly doesn’t know how to speak to customers respectfully. A restaurant should offer good food *and* good service. Sadly, this experience made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves the staff's behaviour. Please take action against her Thankyou
