Well where do I start. The mission statement for Wetherspoons is “to provide customers with good quality food and drinks, served by well trained and friendly staff at reasonable prices. It’s all correct apart from the well trained friendly staff, the manager Emma is lovely along with the majority of staff but there is one lady in particular who I think is called Shareen, who is atrocious and should not be in a customer facing role. She has no personable skills, is very rude and condescending towards the customers and is clearly not suited to the role. After a hard days work it’s nice to chill
