Absolutely wonderful and relaxed atmosphere. We had a lovely seat by the window. I had the chateaubriand and chips. The honey sauce and blue cheese were so tasty and was the perfect complement to it. We were served by Amish who checked on us throughout time, always being polite. So had the perfect birthday meal. Definitely a place to go for great food.

Pleasantly surprised by the decor and vibe when we walked in, atmosphere was dead though as I think we were the only people there (4pm Saturday). I'm sure there are busier times. Waiter was pleasant enough, but seemed either busy/stressed and was very quiet. The food was nice, although if I'm totally honest I've had better steak elsewhere, even at home, overpriced too in my opinion. Starter was lovely and desert was a dream. Probably won't go back as I believe there are better steakhouse options.

The reason I am giving it a 3 starts, is purely due to how horrible the service was. My husband and I were left standing for a good 10mins in an nearly empty restaurant, absolutely no one at reception, and when the waiter finally came, he was on the phone, he didn’t even get off the phone to have us seated completely unprofessional. In the middle of us ordering his phone rang again to which he answered (yes whilst we were ordering.) it was just appealing to say the least, I know working on a Sunday sucks but I have worked many Sundays and still treated customers with respect.
