When I arrived I was the only person there and just two cars in the car park. Food took over 10 mins to arrive and was cold. I asked for fresh chips and once again was given cold chips. My chicken wrap was thrown together and didn't have the complete ingredients in it. Absolutely unbelievably bad service. Tino the supervisor tried to rectify the situation by making the order fresh again at least, but the whole experience was an absolute joke.

I visited this McDonald’s recently and had a good overall experience. The location is very convenient, making it easy to stop by whether you’re nearby or just passing through. The restaurant was clean and well maintained, which made it a pleasant place to sit and eat. Service was fairly quick and my order was correct. While the food was what you’d expect from McDonald’s, everything was fresh and hot. Overall, a solid experience and worthy of a 4-star rating.

What an absolute shambles of a place. Arrive late after a late shift having ordered in the app. 2 of the staple basics. Quarter pounder with cheese meal and a Big Mac meal. At the drive thru I was asked to park up… surely these are ready as they are popular? 20 minutes passed as there was still no food, nobody wondering why I was sitting in a park up bay for such a long time. After 25 mins I went int to find out they’d misplaced my receipt so didn’t know I was waiting nor what I was waiting for… not much of an apology either…

I ordered online, They told me delivery shut at 2, i asked for a refund and a lady who claimed she was a “manager” when i asked to speak to the manager. She continued to say i am to young to have a bank account when she didn’t know anything about me, saying i’m not giving you a refund as she doesn’t believe me even after i said i can give you all the order info and details to prove my order as it still said it was waiting to be delivered. She was using un kind phrases and speaking to me rudely and called me “mate” and hung up, when i rang her back she said oh ur back again and was being rude.
