Really hard to review these places as usually food all tastes the same, so I usually base my reviews on cleanliness. This place was clean and tidy

I recently visited McDonald’s and was quite disappointed with the experience. The service was noticeably slow, with staff seeming unorganized during what wasn’t an especially busy time. After waiting longer than expected for my order, the food I received was unfortunately cold, which made it feel like it had been sitting out for a while. Overall, the combination of delayed service and poor food quality made for a frustrating visit. I would hope to see improvements in both speed and food freshness in the future.

Placed an order lastnight for £24+ and by the time the food arrived it was freezing cold and not edible. Complained to Ubereats, who delivered the food, who did nothing. Tried to complain online but the virtual assistant is a load of crap, so spoke to a manager at the Skelmersdale branch, who was also a waste of time, as she said they could do nothing because it was a delivery. So in other words do not order online because when they use ubereats for your delivery, your food is definitely going to be non edible and no matter how much you complain, it gets you nowhere.
